Expectation: Receive message

1: Receive message as expected
2: Never receive message (displays as delivered on iPhone, no notification or

does not ask me if I wish to "Allow" or "Deny" access; Security &
Privacy > "Using GPS only"; Security & Privacy > "Allow access to

I jumped from ~r15 to r23 and lately have a vague constellation of

1: On OS build #5 - #13 (Channel: ubuntu-touch/ubuntu-rtm/14.09) with mako, I
manually disable "GPS" and "Location detection".
2: Then choose either "Restart" or "Power off." Upon boot, both settings are
shown as enabled.
