Public bug reported: 1: On OS build #5 - #13 (Channel: ubuntu-touch/ubuntu-rtm/14.09) with mako, I manually disable "GPS" and "Location detection". 2: Then choose either "Restart" or "Power off." Upon boot, both settings are shown as enabled. 3: I expect the settings from 1 should be cached and applied until the user changes them, not automatically enabled on restart.
