new filesystem as /var/log (since the goal was to keep logs from filling up
the root file system), leaving the /var/run symlink on the same filesystem

Since i upgraded from eoan to focal, the Super button doesn't show
Activities anymore when keyboard is set to Bulgarian. Also Ctrl + D and
Ctrl + C don't work in terminal when keyboard is in Bulgarian (though i
am not sure about these 2 whether this worked on eoan). Ctrl + Alt
