I really wonder why this issue appears now, especially since Ubuntu isn't using
PK itself...
Might be due to the backported patches, or even some non-backported stuff in
combination with changes in APT (the aptcc backend evolved a lot in the last 3
years).

Hi Thomas, I can confirm this bug on Freiza. Currently gps and location
is unusable. This happened both before updating to ota 10, and on 9.5.

2. sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install unity8-desktop-session-mir
3. Reboot.
4. Log in to unity8 session.
Result: black screen, no mouse pointer. The screen backlight dims after
a while.

The kde-l10n-nl package conflicts with plasma-desktop and plasma-desktop-data.
Unfortunately, on a fresh install of Kubuntu 16.04 from the iso, this package
