umsm(4) diff for Pantech UM175 EVDO

I added a new vendor and product id to usbdevs and allowed umsm.c to use the new id. The only issue I have is that the hex number assigned to the id is the same as another vendors. I think this is required because when I used usbdevs -v before making changes, that is the hex number given and I had
