"javascript_on=0" whenever a users accesses the mailbox (using both IE6

Anyone have any idea why "javascript_on=1" will be set to "javascript_on=0"
whenever a users accesses the mailbox (using both IE6 SP1 and Mozilla
Firefox 1.0). Even using forced pref plugin, that setting will be forced to
use value 0 also.
Anyone facing the same problem?
