I'm running into a small problem with SquirrelMail's time. It seems
that, no matter how my time is set up, both the time in the side bar and
the time stamp on the messages is

Options -> Personal Information -> Your current timezone
php has to be set to "safe_mode = off" or "safe_mode_allowed_env_vars"
must allow modification of TZ variable.

I'm using 1.2.11 .. Some users on our system have time zones displayed on
there personal options some don't (For different domains)
I even copied the PHP pages from the directory of the domain that has Time
Zone displayed
