Recently we moved our SquirrelMail installation from Debian Squeeze to
Wheezy, which implies a move from PHP 5.3 to PHP 5.4.

Thanks for the reply! I don't know how it happened, but by replacing my addressbook.php with a freshly downloaded one worked. I don't know what changed it, could it have been a plugin used before and now removed? Thanks again!Tomas Kuliavas <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > I can log into squirrelmail fi

Is it possible to synchronize squirrelmail addressbook with ipaq and about.
assuming you are looking for vcard compatibility (exports/imports), the
answer is not yet, but that hopefully it will be coming in the
development version -- I believe at least some of the backend for this
functionality

Hello,
A question about the addressbooks of individual users in 1.4.3a
I was running a 1.2.x version of Squirrelmail and upgraded to 1.4.3a.
I copied the data directory from one install to the other and I can't pull
up my addressbook.

I don't think there are any locking problems. I'm running NFSv3 on all
these systems.
We've had trouble with the addressbook ever since we moved SM over to our
new mail system. Currently when a user tries to modify their addressbook
they get the error "ERROR: Could not lock datafile". The permissions on
/var/mail/suqirrelmail are fine. Same for each users' prefs, sig, abook,
etc.
Hi Amin.

The adress book is stored in "[Path to SquirrelMail]/[Data directory
(usually "data")]/[Username].abook". Other user settings are stored in the
same directory with filenames "[Username].pref" and "[Username].si*"
