We had a couple of users that didn't know what 'reply-to' means an email
address and instead entered their Name (ie First Last).
Emails going out then have an improper reply-to field and appended the
webmail host to it.

I've been having this same problem over here as well. The only thing is
that if you click on the 'download' option instead of the name of the
attachment, the message downloads uncorrupted. If you click on the name
of it instead, it gets corrupted.

Absolutely there's problems with attachments... We see them here with
PDFs. If clicking on the PDF attachment, I get a blank screen. If
selecting download and then opening or saving and opening, there's no
problems with it.

I'm using SQ 1.4.3a. The problems I'm seeing it is with Netscape 4.7x
clients, which is widely deployed here still.
So worse case, it would be ideal to be able to disable the plugin based on
the browser.
I did find the option for advanced dhtml version, but it's not enabled.

Actually, if you have aspell, then the plugin should be configured to
use it instead of ispell, as the instructions suggest.

Install ispell or aspell in your system.
Then configure the plugin as appropriate. Note that you might need to

I set up the html-mail plugin enabling the spell check function.
In my setup (aspell) I have two dictionaries - english and spanish. But
when I check in spanish and encounter special characters (accents)
primarily, after finishing spell checking, those characters come out
garbled:
