Multilogin 2.0 (and 1.0) has a bug on functions.php
The HTML code is set to create two TABLES but close on only one...
On line 111 (for v2.0) I changed it to the following:
" </TR></TABLE></TD></TR>\n".
Otherwise Netscape 4.x versions do not display the multiple servers
pull-down boxes...
