I was a little bit surprised as I compared the IMAP folder
view of e.g. Thunderbird with the folder view of SM.
Example:
In Thunderbird I have created subdirectories which
are containing several mail folders. Because I'm
using uw-imapd I need to decide if I want to create

whether or not the imap server and SquirrelMail are required to be on
