Now this must be said, thanks for solr 4.1 (and lucene 4.1)!
Great improvements compared to 4.0.
After building the first 4.1 index I thought the index was broken, but had no
error messages anywhere.
Why I thought it was damaged?
The index size went down from 167 GB (solr 4.0) to 115 GB
