Oh! It's solved!!
It was a matter of directories. When choosing the engine, Scid asks for some
"directory". There I put the directory where crafty is installed. However,
now I have changed this directory by pressing button "~.scid" to the right.
And now it works!

Fijate si tenes activado UCI en las opciones de configuracion del
motor, ya que crafty es Winboard
Checkout if you have UCI activated in the engine option..
