Yes Roy.
You already can run two engines.
In tools menu set the analyse engine 1, than set the analyse engine 2
and both engines will run simultaneosly. Yuo can consider each engine
analysing for the side you prefer. You can see any engine "working" by
pressin the tabs in the main window.

Perhaps this is already present and I cannot find out how to do it, but I think
it would be useful to use two different engines in a shootout (one for white,
one for black). At least having the option to use two different engines would
be a useful option...
