I got new desktop icons for the Mac OS X version of Scid and with some
help from Alexander I converted them to PNG and SVG formats, those
should be compatible with UNIX/Linux and Windows (?).
There is a new icon for the Scid executable and for every associated
file, you can see

Scid and very few people to do the work. I doubt anyone minds feature requests,
