Hmm, yes but these are named differently on various
platforms. Previously I seemed to get away with using
#include on many unix flavors in a default
install (including Redhat 7.3, IIRC, which was my
previous install) and (believe it or not) in MSVC++ as
well. It saved me from writing lots of prep
