And in 8.0, it's /usr/include/g++-3/stl.h.

# rpm -q --whatprovides /usr/include/g++-3/stl.h
compat-libstdc++-devel-7.3-2.96.110

That "compat" piece would seem to indicate that it is not part of the main
g++ compiler suite for some reason.  I don't have my copy of Stroustrup to
hand at the moment, though.
