Sorry, I forgot to mention that I put the Domain and DNS in resolve.config.
Actually I used linuxconf on the listing "Name Server Specification (DNS)"

I don't have a clue how to set up Netscape in my new RH 6.1.
I set up all the required info thru RP3 and config tools and can
make a connection to my ISP thru the dialup config tool using
debug. It then disconnects and dials again.
RH PPP dialer doesn't dial and Netscape gives an error messsage
