compatible).

In my efforts to fill as many of the gaps as possible I discovered the
need to supplement RH8 with something to equip the printing of a png
landscape file intact.
I have Beonex but even when I choose landscape mode the setting is
ignored and it prints in portrait mode, half of the image is lost.
When I follow these instructions I receive an error re.
/usr/src/redhat/SOURCES , apparently it does not exist and the loading
command doesn't create it.
Are these out dated instructions? If so, what has changed, please? (I
was using them to open gd-1.8.1-1.src.rpm)

I am currently using a US Robotics internal pci modem with no problems,
RH8 picked it up. I also have a backup $14. pci modem from SAMS, brand
CPU Builder, and it lists Linux compatibility.
I did not need to load any special driver for the US Robotics.
I tried two others before these and neith

My bad. Made the error of thinking that the binoculars were associated
with the magnification feature -- this is my first usage of xpdf.
Thanks for the heads up!

xpdf does pdf text search?
xpdf doesn't even offer a toolbar when I use it to open a pdf file.

You may want to try PdfSearch at http://pdfsearch.sourceforge.net/
Please share your results. (I have been using xpdf but it lacks text
search.)

Every time Ximian Evolution requests the E-mail password I check the box
to remember it -- and it fails to do so.
I have upgraded to the most recent version 1.2.0 to no avail. Is there
a security setting elsewhere that may override this?
Thanks! doc
