When I attempt to run ttmkfdir in a directory full of freeware freetype
fonts I downloaded, I get a terse messages that says "Aborted." I have no
idea why, since I'm running as root and there's no other output.
Any ideas?

There aren't any usable kernel pathces for xfs for the 2.2 kernel
line. You need to run a 2.4 kernel.

I think in starting RH 7.1, ftpd is disabled by default. Edit the file
/etc/xinetd.d/wu-ftpd and comment the disable line, or change to
disable=no. Restart xinetd.
You'd want to be carefull though. wu-ftpd is known for some of its

You only really need to install the php-mysql package. If you want to

and this is what it say over and over and over
