If you either bought the machine from an authorised dealer or are willing to pay for Solaris - the "free" deal is no longer valid for machines that were bought from 3rd party (see FAQ on Sun's site - also have a look vie Google at comp.sys.solaris and comp.sys.sun.* - there were some longish discussions about this).
