When building a RH 7.0 system I made a mistake in regard to
misnaming a mount point for a file system. I intended the mount point
to be /usr/share but (at Xam I typed /var/share.
Initially, in /etc/fstab it appeared as
LABEL=/var/share /var/share ext2 defaults 1 2

I am trying to install Data-Show-3.3 perl module on RH 7. I install
DBI-1.14 before trying to install Data-Show-3.3. DBI-1.14 is installed
successfully. But Data-Show-3.3 is giving the following error.

If nothing has changed inside your PC, then I would say that the boot

I just find that,if I click on certain icon to open an
html file,in which a java applet is to be loaded,i'll
be told that the applet couldn't run in my

Either way mozilla and netscape 6 report an odd little error when
trying to access any https page:
eBorderstyle not yet supported.
Hence browsing secure web sites is nixed...
Any clues as to why this is a problem with every nightly of mozilla?

Are you on a single processor system? If so, it's a known bug and
one of our guys has sent a patch to Red Hat to fix it. If you've
got an SMP system then I'm not sure.
If you need the patch and can't track it down let me know and

Well I am currently running the SVGA server but after a while the screen
starts corrupting with parts of images and lines
I am rebooting from a diskette and tried typing linux
single. It did not make any difference. It went to the
point Finding module dependencies and at the line
after it : Loading sound module via stopped.
Is there a way to specify which modules to bel loaded
and which one not?
