Well your supposed to look at syslog! Actually, you should syslog to
another server so they can't fix the logs either.

You need to over write the MBR with 'sys c: /mbr' (or is it 'fdisk c:
/mbr'?). I don't know how much NT is going to like that, you may need to
reinstall it.

Hi! My name is Howard. I recently installed RedHat 6.0 on one of my servers
so that I could test it and become more familiar with it. I am now needing
to remove RedHat so that I can install WindowsNT on this machine. I have
used fdisk to delete all of the partitions during the WindowsNT setup, but
Where can I find the rescue.img for Redhat 6.1. It is not on the first CD.
I tried searching redhat's ftp site and could not find it. I just need to

Thanks,
Avram

Try calling your ISP and see if they have a different phone number for
your type of modem. That's what it took for me with Earthlink.

That's not an RH default. The timeout would actually be with
the shell that xterm is using. Sometimes a sysadmin would
put a 10min idle timeout or something like that. However, if
this is your own box, and you obviously have not set such a
thing, then you have some other problem. Start looking
