print/foomatic-filters fails to build
due to recent x11/dbus update.
RUN_DEPENDS can be fixed or it can be patched to use ftp(1) instead.
can you at least help me upgrade it myself?
which files should i pick from NetBSD soruce
tree? for devel/bluetooth-libs and
net/bluetoot-tools, that is.

Could you please update bluetooth-tools
to include btpand? I connect to the internet
using iPhone's internet tethering. Currently,
i can't connect on OpenBSD. If you update
that package, I promise to test it constantly.
Sorry, it was documented on the daily changelog
page. No problems on a more recent snapshot.

I'm running a fairly recent snapshot. The problem below does not occur on 4.4.
When using programs like ogle and dvdcpy, scrambled DVDs don't open and
unscrambled DVDs cause the machine to freeze. After rebooting I checked the
file ~/.libdvd/challenge and it was binary. It used to read "OpenBSD".
Yes, I only need hpijs. I thought SUBPACKAGEs always depended on the -main
package. Obviously, I was wrong. Sorry to bother you and thank you. I learned
something. That's why I love OpenBSD.

I know, one does not request features from OpenBSD
developers but I tried to do it myself and failed.
So, could you please provide a no_x11 FLAVOR for
print/hplip? The information on hplip's website is
outdated -e.g. there is no Makefile under hpijs
directory.
I'm asking because I have no need for
again. You can check
the diff of PLIST to see which files are
removed, and hopefully fix this issue for
everybody else.
best wishes,
Onat I.

i wrote a simple cd encoder. while there is abcde
in ports, it is bloated and requires cdparanoia
which is unnecessary since cdio can now rip cds.
i thought you might be interested.
