Long story short: I'll wait
Now that I have a VA-API digikam version, I can test it.
We enable ffmpeg and gstreamer in our qt6multimedia.
It looks like gstreamer is the default. The Qt documentation says
"FFmpeg as the default backend"[1] but also assumes 6.X and not our 4.X
However, this gives

I read all the descr from openports.pl
But new definitions are used, which can be a little bit confusing, like:
- KDE
- KDE Desktop Environment
- KDE Plasma
- KDE Framework
So when you say KDE applications, that means KDE applications and deps
_without_ the desktop environment?
I think KDE Plasma

is there any way to tell which codecs
my inteldrm is able to decode/accelerate
and how much it is worth it?
Anything else to look at besides this?

I'm on OpenBSD -current.
After the update of nextcloudclient to version 3.13.2 my nextcloudclient
stops with the error message:
ld.so: nextcloud: can't load library 'libKF5GuiAddons.so.7.0'
Killed
After I manually installed kguiaddons everything in fine again.
pkg_add -v kguiaddons
