While trying to package lang/python/3.8 on amd64 -current with latest
CVS there were errors of missing files in the fakeroot. After running
make plist I could succesfully package, install and run python3.8.
Following is a patch to the plist and a revision bump.

in the 7.5.x line. Lightly tested on amd64 with no issues seen
loading/creating dashboards connected to an InfluxDB source.
