Has anybody else run across the situation yet where transmission*
keeps spewing "Tracker: no dictionary in answer" errors?

I think you are trying too hard. The simplist synopsis pri
tested on i386/amd64 only - needs at least a test on a big endian arch
(my sparc64 is dead)
