Hi all,
now, the look and feel selection KCM is merged.
one thing to note, the name of the default l&f package is now
org.kde.breeze.desktop (still open to renames until next frameworks release,
so if you have issues with the name please speak now)
ui-wise is still very simple, just a thumbnail
