[Pan-users] cvs problem, and possible bug report

This is somewhere near Jan 13 @ 0400 GMT... OK I'm trying to look and I did a cvs update, and suddenly I can't make anymore. I didn't have anything special there, so I just got a new dir and did another checkout in case I borked something accidently. But even in this new checkout dir, I get:
