Adding to my previous post:
I can see the 'Total Value' not the 'Total Balance'.
As far as 'Total Balance', I cannot see that for neither the Parent or
sub-category/account.

The total including the sub-accounts will be shown when the parent account is
shown collapsed (all sub-accounts are hidden). If the parent account is
expanded, the totals are not included.
