Thank you for your help. I am indeed using the Accounts view.
Yes, collapsing the sub-categories helps and I can see the Total Value on the
Parent account/category once collapsed. However, Total Balance is not available
even in the collapsed state.
Both 'Balance' and 'Total Value' are available for individual
sub-categories/accounts for me when it's expanded (and the total value on the
parent changes to zero as soon as the tree is expanded).
