existed I would have fixed it).

There is a bug in the european/german version. Since here a "," instead of
a "." is used as a decimal delimiter. It works fine when when booking a
normal expense. But when using the Split Expense dialog you can't enter
uneven numbers.
They gets floored from e.g. 18,92 to 18,00!
