Hi,

using the software myself for many many years in the same locale as you 
(German) I cannot duplicate this problem at all (in other words: if it even 
existed I would have fixed it).

Please check the number of decimals setting in both numbers and monetary tabs 
of the KDE locale settings.  Which underlying OS do you use?
