start netbeans, the current session is killed and I'm thrown back to the
login screen. If I do this multiple times the VM eventually simply dies.

The current implementation is incomplete and there are paths from kernel
to userspace on which the CPU buffers are not cleared.
Fix that by backporting the MDS_USER_CLEAR_CPU_BUFFERS macro from stable
3.16 and use that in assembly entry/exit code.
