This is coming from fwupdmgr, which is a program that checks for
firmware updates for your computer, and also does the UEFI db updates.
You can run:
$ sudo fwupdmgr get-updates
to see the list of things that need updating, and then you can run:
$ sudo fwupdmgr update
to install all
