I can confirm it's broken on AX211 as well. I'm using a Bluetooth

My laptop had three settings for power management. I tried turning each
(and all) of them off with no change.
Today I tested if suspend resume was working again, and it seems to be.

I have a server with four disks (two HDDs, two SSDs) that use both
traditional software RAID (md) and LVM with multiple volumes, most of
which use LVM raid1. I've recently upgraded it to Ubuntu 22.04 LTS.
