the time the CONFIG_NETWORK_PHY_TIMESTAMPING enabled kernel is on
average using fewer instructions and branches for the server side

i don't when the problem begin. it seems to me i have the problem since i
installed ubuntu 18.04.1 from scratch.
But i installed immediately a lot of elements, like vitualbox, without the
nvidia driver.
I desintalled virtualbox, and I install latest upstream kernel. I have a
