Just manually giving acpi_rsdp parameter to kexec will make it work, so
it should be automatically given despite the xloadflags not being
present in bzImage.

Bug description:
When doing kexec on trusty, it will look for the xloadflags on the
bzImage, but won't find it on trusty kernels. That will break kexec on
EFI systems, requiring acpi_rsdp parameter to be given manually.
