directory before you fetch both latest linux-headers-X.YZ.x-xxrcN
and linux-headers-X.YZ.x-xxrcN-generic then run sudo dpkg -i path-
to-DLs/*.deb

I get the following error when i try to install the kernel:

This is a fresh install on a brand new computer, so no clue if a prior
kernel has this problem or not.
