Public bug reported: A commit[1] got backported to ubuntu noble kernel[2] which had an issue, Fix is already available[3] in build[4] but not yet released. So all our ovs/linuxbridge/fullstack/functional jobs running on ubuntu noble are impacted. Master, 2025.1 or any releases running ovs jobs

The fix needs to be in ubuntu kernel and asked if the fix can be included in next kernel update https://bugs.launchpad.net/kernel-sru-workflow/+bug/2090163 Got an update in #ubuntu-kernel we're looking at respinning to add the fix to .138 For infra side, @frickler @tonyb removed the broken jamm
