The fix needs to be in ubuntu kernel and asked if the fix can be included in
next kernel update https://bugs.launchpad.net/kernel-sru-workflow/+bug/2090163
Got an update in #ubuntu-kernel <juergh> we're looking at respinning to add the
fix to .138

For infra side, @frickler @tonyb removed the broken jammy image and
paused new builds in nodepool for ubuntu jammy. With this jobs are
running fine now. Once We have kernel fixes available the image builds
can be resumed.
