I have never seen any kind of visual artifacts prior to crashing. Screen just
goes blank for a second, comes back and goes out again. Kernel stacktrace in
journalctl however looks quite similar to the one pasted in Arch thread.

4.4.0-92.115 and everything went back to normal. Current 4.4.0-93.116

and I'm able to create a conntrack entry without any issues or traces,
so it *does* fix the issue. I assume what I had is the same as what

Hello, I had Ubuntu 16.06 installed on the same laptop ASUS X556UB and
everything worked very well. It was a clean installation. Unfortunatelly
I reinstalled it and now I have dualboot Debian 8 Jesie with Windows 10
on the same HDD. On Win there is no problem verything works normally.
On Debian I
I have similar problem but only reboot is not working and it hangs after
display is turn off, the keyboard is highlighted but it don't respond to
keyboard brightness buttons.

Yes I got exactly same problem with Logitech K520 on both home and work
computer. Both computers was previously raised from 14.04 to 16.04
Ubuntu. On previous version there was never any kind of problem like
this.

from libasound2-dev I needed to remove it first before install i386
