Public bug reported:

During video playback on Youtube/Firefox, screen turns off for several seconds
then comes back up. It usually happens 2-3 times and then it stays black. Video
seems to be running in background (i still hear audio) during screen resets,
however I mouse and keyboard are unresponsible. Alt-sysrq-o successfully shuts
down the machine.
I am using KWin (current git version).
The bug does not happen every time, but about once a day. It never happened on
24.04 with 6.8 kernel.

Attached is journalctl --system output showing kernel errors related
amdgpu/VCN problems.
