just done Xubuntu update and I cannot reproduce this issue. When I created this
ticket on 2021.01.02 the Xubuntu was also up-to-date.

I'm using laptop Samsung N130 and also have this issue with kernel
4.13.0-26-generic. Downgrading to kernel 4.10.0-42-generic solves the
issue but this kernel is Meltdown vulnerable. I've reported my issue

BTW Bluetooth RT3290 doesn't work at all but making RT3290 wifi works is

I can confirm the issue is present in Ubuntu 16.04, 4.10.0-35-generic. I
had my bluetooth turned on without any devices connected, and after
upgrading the kernel I've noticed no video playback was possible in any
browser. After I've found this bug report, I just turned off bluetooth,
did a reboot a
