I am suspecting BT interference with 2Ghz (40mhz bandwidth ) connection.
Right now I am testing this issue with 5Ghz and 2Ghz 20mhz bandwidth
wireless connections. Will report my findings here soon.

@vicamo I reported this bug 10 months ago, and I am still having this
issue in 5.7.x kernel.
Are you able to reproduce this issue with 5Ghz band wifi connection? (

So I tested Debian 10.2 (kernel v 4.19.67) today and noticed that
Bluetooth worked perfectly fine, The only difference was in Debian the
driver loaded was r8822be, so the issue is with the driver rtw_pci
loaded in ubuntu 19.10 ??

Note this started since 19.04. Before this didn't happen. Altough the
intel 7260 has never really worked well in linux. There are thousands of
complaints about this on launchpad and elsewhere.

@Bryan Smith Sorry Bryan I should have been clearer. It is usual when
updating/upgrading via the terminal to start with
sudo apt-get update
this downloads the most recent list of packages from the repo, followed
by
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
Apologies for any confusion I may have caused.

Yo
@Bryan Smith - dist-upgrade in Terminal should fix the problem, you will
get the full kernel. I had this problem on Xubuntu 16.04 (and would have
affected anyone on *buntu 16.04 updating through the Software Updater).
