I am using a HP Pavilion dv6 with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 Graphics.
After upgrading to ubuntu 16.04 LTS using Gallium 0.4 on AMD REDWOOD
(DRM 2.43.0, LLVM 3.8.0). I get an unstable display when I plug in my
external display through the VGA port. The system keeps cycling
