After upgraded to latest kernel 1021-oem, the 1015-oem kernel failed to load

I built a 5.17-oem kernel[1] with patch[2] and the hang issue is gone
when doing suspend, the rtnl acquire failed, no deadlock issue any more.

Yes, cause we only enabled and certified this platform on 20.04, so the
missing packages were not in 22.04.
I will do more test and find a good way to fix it or a wiki page to explain

Here is a quick solution to fix these warnings, just remove the
oem-*-meta package from 'ubuntu-drivers list-oem'.
