It indeed seems very similar to my issues, however according to the
report as of Kernel 6.14-rc5 a workaround is patched into the kernel.
(Disabling PSR-SU by default on eDP)

Starting / disabling Bluetooth crashes the system
When you start bluetooth then disable it for somerson and then you might start
it again the system crashes sometimes. This has been an issue for some time now
but i don't think ubuntu 24.10 suffered from this
