I have the exactly same issue with fedora on my lenovo yoga 3 pro (Dual-
Boot with Win8.1). I found out, that if I’m booting Windows first and
than restart, bluetooth works fine. If I boot fedora after a shutdown,
bluetooth finds nothing. The problem occurs also after a suspend to disk
(hibernate,
Nebula, in order to see if this is already fixed in a kernel series
prior to 3.17.x, could you please install the supported package linux-
generic-lts-utopic , reboot into this new kernel, and advise to the
results?

What I suggested in my previous message didn't solve the problem and as
said by other the problem was Intel Rapid Start Technology.
What happens is that the firmware sets a wakeup timer as soon as the
laptop is suspended and doesn't cancel it if the laptop is resumed
before it expires. Linux is no
Lenovo Z50-70. I have the issue as well.

Shouldn't it rather go to platform-driver-x86 given the hp-wmi driver
seems to be the culprit as the bisection has shown?
As the instructions advise I would CC the maintainer and the committer
(since it is a regression) as well.
