Make sure that the system is now using the integrated GPU, and switch to the discrete GPU by using the amdcccle, reboot. Expected result: * Could switch between these two GPUs without any problem. Actual reuslt: * After step 3, amdcccle is gone, and from the unity_support_test indicates that it's still running with the integrated GPU ubuntu@201305-13637:~$ /usr/lib/nux/unity_support_test -c -p OpenGL vendor string: Intel Open Source Technology Center OpenGL renderer string: Mesa DRI Intel(R) Haswell Mobile OpenGL version string: 3.0 Mesa 10.1.3 Not software rendered: yes Not blacklisted: yes GLX fbconfig: yes GLX texture from pixmap: yes GL npot or rect textures: yes Compiz supported: yes If you run the amdcccle from /usr/lib/fglrx/bin/amdcccle, it will tell you that the driver is not installed or it's not functioning.
